Quality control of the received raw materials is the first step to ensure constant quality of our products.
Chem-O-Tec follows a ridged protocol to test all materials before being permitted for production. Samples tested and are stored for traceability.
We are in constant communication with our suppliers; not only to test their products but to develop new formulas which we test test for new applications in cooperation with our clients.

Our production Quality is equally supervised.

Each batch is tested, samples secured and stored for reference. In case our clients want to test a product-contact us and we will dispatch a sample. Beside other tests, we measure density, viscosity, product performance, cement hardening time, pH, mineralogy, operate a spectrograph….
Although we can perform most measures in-house, we cooperate with certified 3rd party institutions periodically. Our laboratory and manufacturing equipment is calibrated and maintained following a specific schedule.
Thus, we ensure constant, repeated quality. We find deviations from the pre-set parameters and eliminate quality issues before they arise. We don’t do random quality checks but have a permanent quality monitoring. Each batch is meticulously checked and recorded.

Our focus is on safety of our employees and safe handling of the materials we process. Constant training and toolbox meetings are being held to stay focused und work safely.

We are a small, but highly efficient team and open communication is key of our success. Our safety record is zero-to-none.
